Fast, easy, professional! All the people involved have been super available and very efficient and professionals! Nothing was difficult, no impediments nor problems, all clear, transparent and fast!
As a customer who paid for their most expensive prime plan with loads of add-on services I am incredibly disappointed in this company. They made it sound as if in 24 hours they would get everything in order, but we were assigned to a lawyer that was out of office until Wednesday the week thereafter. So none of my Emails were replied to and frankly I find that unacceptable, even borderline scam. I wish I could have a refund.
I used the STARTSUPS Business Plan to launch my GmbH. The whole process was simple to follow, people were helpful and responsive, and they keep you informed of all the steps. I did it in English and it was not a problem. Note the official foundation docs will be in German. Their business partners are great value and the rebates do make the cost of set up almost free, especially if you have at least 2 people using Swisscom services. Swisscom Business Startup team was great!. I used Credit Suisse and Swisscom partners. Both great deals. The area of improvement I would suggest would be to partner with either more insurance providers and/or independent insurance brokers to ensure the entrepreneur is getting the best advice and deals for all the insurances required in their situation. An insurance company agent is obviously biased. AXA is a very good choice, but some parts can be more expensive than others. Need to shop around. Overall, it was a great service and highly recommended for simple ownership structures and small companies. Thanks for making it so easy to become an entrepreneur.

Great service. Transparent, competent and friendly. Took all the hassle out of founding my company quickly and efficiently with peace of mind that everything was covered.
Consulting was ok and I don't mind to pay even if it's overpriced for setting up the company with them to save my time. BUT some advises were misleading and not relevant to my case at all! They advised to register my newly created business for VAT and of course now I understand that for my self-employed company it doesn't make any sense so far! In the end I've lost 3k in paying VAT and 2k in paying to the accountant, as VAT adds complexity to the accounting and much more time spend on it. I'm totally unhappy with that nonsense advise from Startups.
Schade das man diesem Unternehmen nicht mehr als 5 Sterne geben kann. Das meine ich Ernst. :) der Prozess für die Gründung ging schneller als geplant und dass reibungslos. Habe es schon meiner Kollegin weiterempfohlen. Noch einen lieben dank geht an Frau Belardo für die kompetente Beratung.
